Exline services most makes and models of heat mixer vessels, cool mixer vessels and mixing blades, so we keep a wide variety of spare parts in inventory. We also have or can get critical plastic mixing parts and reconditioned spare parts that are available for shipment.
And we can recondition, repair or remanufacture worn or damaged parts you already have. We’ve added robotics to deliver even finer DuraCoat® spray-coating precision, uniformity and quality, which prolongs the life of blades up to 3X.
We are ground central for high-density plastics. If it’s a part we don't have on hand, we know where to look.
Mixing Blade Expertise:
We do inspections and non-destructive testing for mixing blade cracks, and provide the required documentation of findings and procedures. We also supply replacement blades, and offer manufacturing, re-manufacturing or repair of blades—ensuring accurate pitch and duplicate angles. Plus, mixing blades are balanced and polished to ensure exacting geometry for smooth operation.
